Shipping:

As each ring is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Once the ring is complete, we offer complimentary overnight shipping.

Returns:

Unfortunately, because each ring is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns. Though we take the utmost care in the construction of your ring, if there appears to be a manufacturing defect, we will certainly address this at no cost to you. We will evaluate each ring on a case by case basis to determine the best course of action. Keep in mind, rings that suffer wear and tear can be refurbished but with an added fee. For example, Vier Jewelry, is not responsible for chipped, worn or missing stones.
